We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, perfect for a relaxing holiday between ocean, forest, and bay. Nestled in a peaceful spot at the end of the garden, this single-storey 110 m² house is located at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and Arcachon Bay. The house features a bright living room with a workspace, an open kitchen, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus an extra folding bed suitable for a child or teenager. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a fenced 1,500 m² garden, a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, hammock, and charcoal barbecue.
