The recent forest fires did not affect Valériane holiday home, which is ready to welcome you. Its immediate surroundings have also been preserved, and the first visible traces of the fires are several hundred meters away. We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, perfect for a relaxing holiday between the ocean, forest, and bay. Located in a peaceful spot at the back of the garden, this single-story 110 m² house sits at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and Arcachon Bay. The house features a bright living room with a workspace, an open kitchen, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus a fold-out bed suitable for a child or teenager. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. Outside, enjoy a fenced 1,500 m² garden, a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, a hammock, and a charcoal barbecue.
