We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, perfect for a relaxing holiday between the ocean, forest, and bay. Located in a peaceful spot at the end of the garden, this single-storey 110 m² house sits at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and Arcachon Bay. The house features a bright living area with a workspace, an open kitchen, and a dining space. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus an extra folding bed for one adult. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. Outside, enjoy a private 1,500 m² fenced garden and a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, a hammock, and a charcoal barbecue. A private driveway offers parking for several cars. Included: bath and beach towels, high chair, travel cot, baby lounger, and booster seat.
